Special courses are classes performed in just one day, focused on special cuts and specific themes of gastronomy such as Patagonian Lamb, Costa, Fish & Seafood and Paella. Each special course lasts for 3:30. In this dynamic we teach tips, preparation techniques and secrets of each theme, as well as the tasting of all the dishes presented with selected wine free harmonization and handmade beers.
Patagonian Lamb Course
In this special course we will demonstrate the lamb preparation techniques "Al Asador Creollo or Cruz" also known as Patagonian Lamb; Technique developed by the pampas gauchos.
Participants learn the entire preparation process and have access to tips and secrets to achieve the maximum taste and softness of this noble animal.

To get the best flavor of the Patagonian Lamb, the total preparation time varies from 5 to 6 hours. In this case, so that the experience becomes feasible we will have a baking lamb at the time that the students arrive (still before they are ready for the turn) and the other with which we will demonstrate all the necessary steps until the time of entering the embers:
