Instructions and Care:
-After use, wash in water with liquid soap, rinse and dry completely.
-Evite extreme temperatures.
-Not steel sponge on cleaning.

Maintenance:
-Ceify that your cutting board is as clean as possible and completely dry.
-Using a clean cloth or a paper towel apply the mineral oil in a uniform layer over the wood.
-Dix the oil penetrate as much as possible for at least a few hours and remove the excess.
-If the board looks oily or sticky, wipe the remaining oil with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel.
