In addition to special cutting and free harmonization of selected wines and craft beers, this experience has a theoretical dynamic where relevant contents are presented on the world of the barbecue such as: Cortes del Rio de la Plata x Brazilian cuts, types of coccão, different types of grills, etc ... We also have a practical dynamic where all participants prepare their own Chimichurri sauce.

  • Type of coconution (embers x flame), timing and firewood vs coal

  • Functions and different types of barbecues and parrillas

Practice

  • Chimichurri is a traditional sauce based on herbs and spices that symbolizes the barbecue culture of the region of the river of La Plata. Each participant will learn the recipes, preparing their own Chimichurri sauce and will take home with the recipe.
